Buddha Bowl

Ingredients:

Gluten Free Chicken Goujons
Spinach
Quinoa
Yellow Pepper
Sliced Carrot
Beetroot
Chickpeas

 

Build Steps:

Pre-heat oven to 200°C/390°F/Gas mark 6.
Place the Big Al’s Gluten Free Goujons onto a flat baking tray and cook for 12 to 14 minutes.
Create a base with spinach onto a bowl.
Chop yellow pepper sliced, carrots and beetroot.
Place the chicken goujons into a bowl together with the quinoa, chickpeas and the vegetables chopped.
Lastly, apply the garlic mayo sauces.
