Roasted Chicken Fillet on a Bed of Cous Cous
This light and tasty recipe is perfect for an outdoor meal!
Roasted Fillets
4 Big Al’s Roasted Chicken Fillets

200g dried cous cous

500ml boiling water

1 Cook Big Al’s Roasted Chicken Fillets in the oven as directed on pack
2 In a bowl, add boiling water to the cous cous and leave to stand
3 Heat oil in a wok or pan, add the chopped pepper, onion, garlic and stir-fry until soft
4 Add the cous cous and lime juice to the pan
5 Add the Big Al’s Roasted Chicken Fillet to the bed of cous cous
6 Sprinkle with chilli flakes and serve
