Chicken Tacos

Fajita Strips
1 bag of Big Al's Fajita Chicken Strips (400g)
juice of 1 lime

1 To make the guacamole: A) Peel and remove the stone of two avocados
2 B) Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 tbs of olive oil, 2 tbs of chopped coriander and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend well together
3 C) Add the juice of half a lime and blend again
4 Heat the oil in a wok or pan, add Big Al’s Fajita Chicken Strips straight from the freezer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly
5 Place the guacamole and sour cream onto the tacos, fill with the chicken, lettuce and grated cheese and serve
