Chicken Fajitas
Try our delicious chicken fajita recipe and don’t forget you can always spice it up by adding a chilli to your salsa!

Fajita Strips
1 bag of Big Al's Fajita Chicken Strips (400g)

1 Heat the oil in a wok or pan, add Big Al’s Fajita Chicken Strips straight from the freezer and cook for 5 minutes
2 Add the onion and peppers and cook for a further 5 minutes
3 Heat the tortillas as directed on pack
4 Place the fajita mixture down the centre of the tortillas
5 Add a dollop of salsa, guacamole or sour cream, fold over the tortilla and serve
