1 bag of Big Al’s Chicken Bites

2 red or green peppers

1 jar of sunblushed tomatoes

sweet chilli sauce

salt & pepper

Cook Big Al’s Chicken Bites in the oven as directed on pack

Lightly grill the peppers

Add the bites, peppers and tomatoes to the kebab

Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and serve
