Roasted Chicken Mini Fillets
1 bag of Big Al’s Roasted Mini Fillets (400g)

1 Heat the oil in a wok or pan, add Big Al’s Roasted Mini Fillets straight from the freezer and cook for 6 minutes, adding the mushrooms half way through
2 Add the pesto and cream cheese and stir over a gentle heat until smooth
3 Add the tomatoes and fresh basil leaves to the wok or pan. Stir until coated and enjoy!
