- Cook Big Al's Chunky Chicken as directed on pack
- Cook the rice as directed on pack
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan, add the onion and Thai curry paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring well
- Add the coconut milk cook for a further 5-6 minutes

- Squeeze in the lime juice
- Plate up! Add the rice, curry sauce and sliced chicken to finish!
