Thai Chicken Curry

Bulk up this dish with your favourite veggies to make this dish a family favourite!

What you need to get…


Chunky Chicken


  • Coconut Milk

  • curry Paste

  • Lime

  • Olive Oil

  • Red Onion

  • Rice

What you need to do…

  1. Cook Big Al's Chunky Chicken as directed on pack
  2. Cook the rice as directed on pack
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or pan, add the onion and Thai curry paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring well
  4. Add the coconut milk cook for a further 5-6 minutes
  5. Squeeze in the lime juice
  6. Plate up! Add the rice, curry sauce and sliced chicken to finish!
