What you need to do…
- Cook the Big Al's chicken goujons (check pack for details)
- Heat the pan on a medium heat
- Place the tortilla on the pan, top with créme fraiche, goujons, spring onion, grated cheese & a second tortilla
- Once the bottom tortilla begins to brown, flip it over & brown the other side (the cheese will melt & hold the tortillas together)
- Cut the tortilla into wedges & serve with a dip of sweet chilli & créme fraiche!
