- Cook the Big Al's Burger as directed on pack
- To make the guacamole: A) Peel and remove the stone of two avocados, B) Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 2 tbs of olive oil, 2 tbs of chopped coriander and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend well together, C) Add the juice of half a lime and blend again
- Load the burger with rocket, crushed nachos, guacamole, salsa and red onion
